Only complaint is they fit a good amount of side salad into such a small bowl, but that is minor lol.Peoria Artisan Brewery (PAB) is seeking a Head Brewer to lead brewing operations at our two Brewpubs in the West Valley of the Phoenix Metro area and become the newest members of our team. It can get busy especially on live music nights, weekends, or on the patio when there is nice weather, but that's expected. Beer recommendation since it is a brewery after all is the honeysuckle amber. They change items on their menu periodically so I am hoping this review will influence those to stay -). Brisket is made in their smoker out back of course, and if you want to try a burger get the PAB. Who doesn't like mini sandwiches on pretzel buns? They have quite the selection to mix and match, but I usually get 2 bbq beef brisket and 1 PAB burger. One of my favorite meals is the slider board. I am also sort of a ranch connoisseur, and their ranch is so good! You can tell everything is freshly made in house. I had to share my review of them because that is not something I would typically order from an artisan brewery either. This is definitely our go-to restaurant in the area. Sorta strange to have a bar that doesn?t serve your own beer. It?s a brewery, right?Īmple seating, always appreciate the misters option outdoors, but from what we saw, if you wanted any of their own beer, you had the buy it in a growler and get it to go. We each got a beer flight and there?s nothing wrong with having options, but I think we were looking for more of their beer, and they seemed to have other business?s beer or didn?t advertise their own beer well. The sour beer crème brûlée was really good the Mac n cheese was good. When we asked, no one knew (four people) about the options but the gist was that ?it wasn?t available.? This was at 6pm on a Saturday. So the chef was smoking meat outside but on the menu it says to basically ask about their smoked meat specials. The pig ears were hella tasty - sweet brown sugar coated - finger licking good. Nothing wrong with the place just not some where I?d come very often at all. For me, I think the place is good enough to try out once or twice. I?d recommend this place to others to check out.
